As I type this blog I hear the familiar sound of a train whistle blowing its signal of one long and three short blasts as it travels down the track. A town is near by and the whistle needs to warn them it's a coming.
Another sound that I will hear someday is the sound of a trumpet blowing. And then the Lord will appear in the clouds and those who have died already will rise first and then those that are still alive will follow and met the Lord in the air. At my age I am not sure which group I will be in but it is going to be great!
Both sounds to me are exciting. The one now of the train whistle and the one coming - the trumpet!
