A New Season Starts

First, the temperature started to change and we had to put a sweater on or light coat. Pumpkins were being place on steps with or without faces. White sheets starting appearing all over. And the best part were the leaves beganing to change into their brilliant organges, reds, and yellows. The hillsides all around were taking on these colors.

Then, it seemed as as soon as we got these brilliant colors on the trees, rain came, a twenty-an-hour wind started blowing, and the leaves are now mostly on the ground. They still have some of their colors - but not the same.

In Genesis the Bible tells us that one of the first things God did was to make the seasons and I am so glad He did. I like to see, smell, feel the crisp air, see the snow, see the spring flowers and the falls colors.

How about you?
