One of my favorite verses in the Bible is found in Psalm 46:10 and it is in part this: "Be still, and know that I am God..."
I don't know about you but I have a hard time being still in word or deed. I feel like I always must be busy doing something. I just can not set down and be still.
But, I am finding out that is just what I need to do daily. I need just to rest during the day and build myself up so can do the most important things. And I am so glad that the Lord knew that we all would need this verse found in Psalm 46.
